Welcome to Yoga in Enfield & N21 with Lisa
Whilst the doors of the HQ are currently closed, I would like to continue to share practices and wisdom with you during this challenging period.
I will be streaming my classes through Zoom. It’s easy to do, just download Zoom to your phone or computer and follow the link you will sent upon registering and you are all set. During the sessions please turn your camera on and mute your microphone, so that I can see you and give you individualised verbal cues as needed, to make it a truly interactive experience.

Investment for these zoom online classes will be £8 per class or if you choose to do more than 1, then £6 per class. If you are experiencing hardship during this time, please message me privately to discuss alternative options.
