Welcome to Yoga in Enfield & N21 with Lisa

Dear All

Whilst the doors of the HQ are currently closed, I would like to continue to share practices and wisdom with you during this challenging period.

I will be streaming my classes through Zoom. It’s easy to do, just download Zoom to your phone or computer and follow the link that I will send you and you are all set. During the sessions please turn your camera on and mute your microphone, so that I can see you and give you individualised verbal cues as needed, to make it a truly interactive experience.

I ran two classes via zoom at the weekend and they proved popular. Whilst these initial classes are trials, I do wish to keep my yoga business going, a suggested donation of £5 per class can be made via bank transfer or PayPal

Starting this week, I will be offering the following timetable (please see the online class schedule page of my website for further details).

Monday 1 pm
Tuesday 7 pm
Wednesday 1pm
Thursday 6.45 pm
Friday 1pm
Saturday 10 am

I understand that some of you have class passes, I would like to honour these when the HQ re-opens and if need be, I will extend your class pass (back-dating extensions from 1st March).

Investment for these zoom online classes will be £7 per class or if you choose to do more than 1, then £5 per class. If you are experiencing hardship during this time, please message me privately to discuss alternative options.

This virus has affected us all and I send my best wishes, love and care to all those in the world who have been severely affected.

My name is Lisa Hemmings, and I run Hatha Yoga classes in Enfield and Winchmore Hill – N21, designed for beginners/those new to yoga and those returning to the practice after a break.
