‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to ‘Hatha Yoga with Lisa’.

‘member’, ‘subscriber’, ‘you’, ‘your’ and ‘you’re’ refers to a person who has completed a health or pregnancy questionnaire form to attend classes with ‘Hatha Yoga with Lisa‘.

‘health information form’, is the health or pregnancy questionnaire form you were required to complete and submit.

‘Personal Information’ means any data/information you have provided directly or indirectly that identifies you including but not limited to:

first, middle and last name (if applicable);
postal, trading and/or business address;

mobile numbers;

health information; and/or

  • Consent and the storing and processing of data by ‘Hatha Yoga with Lisa’ for our mailing list: By using MailChimp to subscribe to our newsletter and events mailing list, you consent to us sending you information including newsletters and events to regularly by email and you consent to us holding your name and email address electronically on our mailing list with MailChimp. You may unsubscribe from the ‘Hatha Yoga with Lisa’ mailing list at any time by following the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the MailChimp email.   • Right to be forgotten: Let us know if you do not want to continue to attend yoga classes or courses with us by emailing us on info@hathayogawithlisa.co.uk, in which case we will permanently delete all data we hold about you unless we are required to hold this information by law
  • Right to object: We do not use your data for any other reason than to send you information about your booked yoga courses/classes or to send you newsletter or other event information. If you want to opt out of being sent our newsletter or event information you may unsubcribe using a link at the bottom of our newsletter or events emails
  • Right to rectification: You may access, update, correct, amend or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting us on info@hathayogawithlisa.co.uk
