Restorative yoga is a floor-based practice,  using props such as bolsters, blankets, foam bricks and blocks, so your body can rest completely into a series of restorative postures.

Living in the city can throw the nervous system off balance, and a restorative yoga class will help slow the heart rate down and allow the body and mind to rest fully.

Restorative yoga postures help us to relax and rest deeply and completely.

During deep relaxation, all the organs of the body are benefited/ receive benefit.

A few of the proven results of relaxation include reduced blood pressure and improved immunity, as well as  better digestion, fertility, elimination and the reduction of muscle tension and general fatigue.
