Yoga Fundamentals – Tuesday Evenings 7.30 – 8.30 pm
Starting on Tuesday 12th January 16, the class will focus on yoga fundamentals.
Each week the class will have a theme and will focus on one element of yoga, whether it be a forward bend, back bend, twist or even an inversion.
Over the weeks the class will provide you with helpful foundations and alternatives that you will be able to use in a general class.
If you have never tried yoga before and want to start this is the class for you.
Investment £70 for 10 consecutive weeks or £8 drop in.
