These workshops offer you the opportunity to redirect your energy and attention inwards, back towards yourself. You will be invited to enquire into your sense of wellbeing and learn what makes you feel good. Time and space will be created for you to focus on you and your personal needs.
Expect a practice that focuses on meditation, pranayama, and savasana.
Your next opportunity to experience this workshop is Sunday 17th May 5pm. It is possible to join this class for either 1 or 2 hours and the investment will be £7 for one hour or £10 for two hours.
