April Beginners Course
This class is suitable for complete beginners, those who have previously attended a beginners course and for anyone looking to brush up on their yoga basics.
So if you are new to yoga, or simply curious, my beginners class is a perfect way to get started.
I offer a welcoming, supportive and enjoyable experience for beginners, and as a 500 hour Level 4 Yoga Teaching Diploma holder, you are in safe hands.
You will learn:
- The basics of the postures
- How to use props
- Healthy alignment
- Breath awareness
- Meditation
- Relaxation
Next course via zoom starts on Monday 4th April at 7.30pm and will run for 6 weeks. If you can’t make all 6-weeks a recording is sent after the class and is available for 7 days.
