Yoga was traditionally taught one-to-one, with the traditions being passed down by word of mouth.
Nowadays, one-to-one yoga sessions help students develop a deeper level of awareness and understanding. This gives the student the opportunity to go deeper in the practise of yoga than in a group class setting.
During a one-to-one session the client’s/student’s individual anatomy, postural habits and movement patterns will be read, understood and supported. I will provide insight as to how to move the flow of energy around the body in a balanced and effortless way, bringing more stability to both mind and body
