One-to-one is the way yoga was traditionally taught, with the traditions being passed down by word of mouth.
Now-a-days, One-to-one yoga helps to develop deeper level of awareness during the practise. This is something that cannot usually be achieved during a class setting.
During a one-to-one session the clients individual anatomy, postural and movement habit patterns will be read, understood and supported. Insight will be provided as to how to establish patterns which organise the flow of energy around the body in a balanced and effortless way, allowing stability to be experience in the body both mentally and emotionally.
Sessions can be arranged around your schedule to develop a personal practice or achieve a particular aim.
