These workshops offer you the opportunity to redirect your energy and attention inwards, back towards yourself. Expect an afternoon of quiet reflection through yoga, breath work, meditation and savasana. You will be invited to enquire into your sense of wellbeing and learn what makes you feel good. Time and space will be created for you to focus on you and your personal needs. We will begin with some quiet time for journaling and learning to listen to ourselves before exploring a restorative yoga practise centred around supported postures and freeing the breath before a guided relaxation and savasana.
There will also be time at the end for herbal teas, snacks and a chat.
