I am live streaming yoga, breathing and relaxation. Which means I will be more widely available, not just to those who attend classes in Winchmore Hill, so please spread the word!
Cost for virtual classes: £7 per class
Payment via Bank Transfer, please contact me for details.
Follow any of the links below to register. Registration will close 15 minutes before the start of the class. Once booked and payment has been received you will be sent a link to join the class. Please be ready 10 minutes before the start of class with your regular yoga kit.
You will be on MUTE on entry and you can choose to keep your camera off so nobody can see you. I can help you if you get stuck but once the class has started, it may be hard to see you.

Really enjoyed being able to do these classes in the comfort of my own home, in spite of all the difficulties we’re all having to face at this critical time. Good to feel like we’re doing something positive and kind for ourselves. Classes are open to all levels, ages, sizes, and abilities – it’s your yoga! The emphasis of these classes is to let go of your day, feel good in your body, and prepare for a good nights’ sleep.
We will be doing yoga poses, breathing techniques, deep relaxation with some mindfulness & meditation to deepen the practice.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Before you join any of my classes, please take the time to ensure you are practising in a safe environment with plenty of clear space around you. You know your body best and are therefore responsible for ensuring that you look after yourself by adapting and modifying postures according to your range of movement, and stop any practices that make you feel unwell physically, mentally or emotionally. I will not be able to see you or guide you stay as present as possible and follow your inner teacher.
