Are you looking for a nurturing, supportive place to discover yoga and learn how it can improve your wellbeing?

When you are new to yoga, it can be intimidating to walk into an open level class for the first time. My beginners’ yoga courses take the stress out of starting your yoga journey by meeting you right where you are.

Week by week, I will guide you through a basic yoga practice at a comfortable, approachable pace.  Throughout the course, you will develop an understanding of key yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation practices, giving you the tools to relax your mind and body.  The beginners’ course is suitable for all ages, levels of fitness and flexibility. The practice will be tailored to whoever is in the room, so you can rest assured that you will be guided and encouraged as you begin (or refresh) your yoga journey.

I love teaching the Beginner’s courses because of the open and fresh way students new to yoga approach the teachings and practices. Also, benefits can be experienced right away, because of its self-experiential nature making it nurturing, and reviving.  I feel a yoga practice should be made to fit your body, rather than your body fit the practice.

Once you have booked your place, you will receive a welcome email with further details of the course and how to pay. Payment is required within 2 days of receiving the welcome email.  Please also ensure to complete the health questionnaire.

On completion of the course, you’ll be able to continue your yoga journey by attending any of the general classes.  You will be entitled to purchase a further 6 yoga classes for the reduced rate of £30 (valid for 6 weeks). Please see the timetable.
