To celebrate the Winter Solstice and to round up our yogic year nicely I have decided to run an additional class on 22nd December.
The class will be 90 minutes of yoga and a yoga nidra to get you ready for the festive season followed by mince pies, nibbles and yogi tea. Please feel free to bring a something to share.
