A Sunday well spent brings a week of content!

Self Care Sunday’s

These workshops offer you the opportunity to redirect your energy and attention inwards, back towards yourself.   You will be invited to enquire into your sense of wellbeing and learn what makes you feel good. Time and space will be created for you to focus on you and your personal needs.

Expect a practice that focuses on asana, pranayama, meditation and savasana.

There will also be a break for herbal teas, snacks and a chat.
