A Sunday well spent brings a week of content!

Self Care Sunday’s

These workshops offer you the opportunity to redirect your energy and attention back inwards towards your self.   You will be invited to enquire into your own sense of well being and learn what makes you feel good.  Time and space will be created for you to focus on you and your needs.

Expect a practise that focuses on a asana, pranayama, meditation and savasana.

There will also be a break for herbal teas, snacks and a chat.
