If you are new to the practise, want to brush up on yoga basis or are simply curious, I recommend a beginners’ course first to ensure you start your yoga practice with the best possible foundation. In this four week course you will cover the basics of asana (postures), pranayama (breath control), meditation & savasana (relaxation).
I offer a welcoming, supportive and enjoyable experience for beginners and as a 500 hour level 4 yoga teaching diploma holder you are in safe hands.
