A new normal
As we all adjust to a new normal in terms of daily life, I am committed to offering you a space for self-reflection and the tools to help you navigate the current situation.
While I am no longer able to offer a physical space to practice, my new online classes will bring the wisdom and practices of yoga and other mindfulness practices direct to you at home.
My weekly schedule of daily live-streamed classes is now live. I am ready to meet you on the mat and hold space for you virtually.
How to access our online classes
I stream our classes live through Zoom. In order to access the classes, you will first need to download the Zoom app to your device.
Please book your classes through the online schedule. Once you’ve booked, you will receive a confirmation email containing the Zoom link to join the class.
Tips for getting the best out of your class
Practicing at home may come with more distractions, so I recommend that you set the space before starting a class. Gather any props and support you may need, set your mobile phone aside, light a candle and carve out the time and space for yourself.
If you like to practice to music, then please feel free to have your own music playing softly in the background.
During the Class
When you join a class, you will wait in a waiting room. Should you need my assistance you can use the Zoom chat function to communicate with me, I am available 10/15 minutes before class.
When you join the class, you will be automatically muted. You have the option to share your video so that I can see you. This is completely optional, but I have found it does make for a better experience. After the class ends you have the option to unmute yourself and chat with me if you wish.
